Caterpillar a star at Fujairah building show

Suppliers and dealers in the construction, stone crushing and quarry industries converged at the recently-held Buildex 07 at the Fujairah Exhibition Centre, in a bid to meet the market demand for construction materials and equipment, which is at an all-time high.

Earthmovers, commercial and heavy equipment needed by the UAE’s booming construction, transportation and logistics industries came under the spotlight with than 20 countries including Germany, Italy, US, UK, Sweden, Spain, Scotland, Saudi Arabia, and Qatar and UAE taking part in the exhibition that ended on a successful note.
Among the major participating international firms that caught the eye of visitors was Mohamed Abdul Rahman Al Bahar, which displayed the latest range of Caterpillar machines, used and rental equipment, power system generators and allied products.
 “When you find Caterpillar in any exhibition it means success,” said Essam Al Dahshan, deputy general manager, Salbookh Crushers.
