Bahrain's Ministry of Justice and Islamic Affairs has launched a BD1.2 million ($3.18) expansion of its premises.

The project entails the construction of 24 new courts, 18 of which will be located on the first floor and the other six on the ground floor. Each court will include a review room, a room for judges, an office, a hall, a waiting room for women and toilet facilities.
