The new 17-storey Seef Tower in Bahrain's Seef district will be opened early next year.
Seef Properties assistant general manager and centres manager Maher Al Shaer said the Housing Bank would occupy Seef Tower's ground floor, as well as three upper floors while the top floor would feature a yet-to-be-named five-star restaurant.
Each floor offers 545 sq m of leasable office space, which could be subdivided to provide up to three units of nearly 130 sq m each.
The main lobby leads to three high-speed lifts accessing all upper floors, with an attractive lifts lobby being fitted on each floor.
"The tinted glass curtain walling of the building ensures that every floor has a superb view of the Seef District and the waterfront," said Al Shaer.
He said a high-speed fibre optic network backbone was being installed throughout the building. The tower is monitored by closed circuit television (CCTV) with remote recorders and a 24-hour security cover, he added.
