A joint venture of Larsen & Toubro (L&T), India’s largest engineering, technology and construction conglomerate, and Eastern International, a Bukhatir Group company and one of the leading contractors in the UAE, has won a contract to develop the Victory Heights project.

The signature residential golf course villa community will spread across an area of approximately 25 million sq ft and will feature 935 beautifully designed villas and town houses set in and around the golf course in the Dubai Sports City.
Construction of this Dh558 million ($150 million) iconic project involves the development of 295 grand villas, which will be situated in the Carmen, Novelia, Calida and Morella villages of the Victory Heights community. The luxury villas will exhibit 11 styles, incorporating the best of Mediterranean, Spanish and European architecture, says a spokesman for the developer.
Bukhatir Group is also a co-promoter of Dubai Sports City.
