Al Madar launches Siraj Tower

01 December 2007

Al Madar Property Investments, a leading property developer in the GCC and part of the Al Madar Group, has launched its Dh300 million ($81.75 million) Siraj Tower at the Arjan mixed-use development in Dubailand.

The project, which is the second for the company in Dubai, is part of its expansion plans, says a spokesman for the developer.
Engineer Haider Al Mashaddi, general manager, Al Madar Group, said the 30-storey tower would be a luxury residential development. Construction of Siraj Tower could commence in next May, with completion scheduled for the second quarter of 2010, he said.
“We already have our first project, the Dh235 million Scala Towers in Dubai’s Business Bay for which a construction contract worth Dh100 million has been awarded,” he said.
The Siraj Tower projectwill draw heavily from Spanish and Roman architecture, and would boast of facilities that include two swimming pools, jacuzzi, sauna and steam room, gym, 24/7 security, twin basement parking and a Homenet security system.
The group has so far completed 125 projects in the region, while six others including a hotel are under construction in Qatar and the UAE.
